Site Feedback
Ideas for guides we’re missing, or general thoughts on how to make the site more useful.
What Helps Us Respond Faster
- Include the page URL if your message is about specific content, so we can find it quickly
- Be specific about the issue, for example, “the Android RAM requirement says 2GB but Epic’s page says 4GB,” rather than a general “this is wrong”
- Mention your device or platform if you’re reporting a technical issue you ran into following our guide
What We Can’t Help With
We’re not Epic Games, and we can’t access, restore, or make changes to your Epic Games account, in game purchases, or bans. For account specific issues, Epic Games’ own support channels are the right place, since only Epic has access to account data and enforcement decisions.
Trademark notice. Fortnite, the Fortnite logo, and all related game assets are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. This site is an independent resource and claims no ownership over Epic Games’ intellectual property.
We Read Every Message
Whether it’s a correction, a question, or just feedback, reaching out actually makes our guides better over time.
